God – One soccer coach and twelve young boy players remain trapped in darkness in Thailand far below the surface of this beautiful Earth. They are tired, weak, and afraid. Men and women around the globe are working feverishly to get them out safely before it is too late. A recovery without loss of further human life seems impossible. A Navy Seal has died.
Dear God, I believe Your love is about making the impossible possible. Just as Your Holy Spirit moved the stone from the cave opening which held the remains of Your Son, please send to those who are trapped and those who seek to free them that same Spirit and strength to move from darkness into the light of day. To step out of their entombment and take in a breath of fresh air and live lives of gratitude and service unto You. Amen
